Returns & Exchanges

At Sundown Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all apparel remains in unworn condition with the original Sundown Audio tags intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
